expanding teaching skills

Vocational schools for nursing in Bavaria are desperately looking for qualified teachers for the theoretical medical and scientific teaching.

Due to the academisation of the nursing profession, a vocational pedagogical Master's degree with at least 40 ECTS credits from the medical-scientific field of competence is necessary.

Many nursing educators already have a master's degree in vocational pedagogy, but do not meet the requirements for specialised theoretical teaching.

To counteract the shortage of teachers for medical-scientific teaching, the Deggendorf Institute of Technology (DIT) offers the university certificate course "Medical-Scientific Skills in Teaching" for nursing educators with a Master's degree.

With the university certificate "Medical-scientific skills in teaching" from DIT you acquire the necessary medical-scientific competences.
