Bence Török is a dynamic and accomplished Project Manager at BrightHills LLC, where he has been instrumental in driving medical software development projects since May 2022. Based in Budapest, Hungary, he brings over two years of expertise in agile methodologies, leading scrum ceremonies, and overseeing release planning at BrightHills. His role encompasses conducting risk assessments, defining business logic, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery. Bence’s in-depth knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 13485 and ISO 27001, reinforces his dedication to quality management and regulatory compliance, making him a key contributor to project excellence.

In addition to his responsibilities at BrightHills, Bence is an active voice in the MedTech community. He recently delivered a keynote speech titled “Beyond Base Camp: Charting a Course for Med-Tech Innovation” at Med-Tech Malta , as well as  MedTech World Berlin, engaging in a panel discussions on Software as a Medical Device, collaborating with prominent entrepreneurs in the field. Furthermore, as a mentor with the Innovation Forum, Bence is committed to fostering game-changing ideas and supporting innovation within the industry.

Bence’s career foundation in technical writing from 2019 to 2021 in IT and telecommunications equipped him with skills in creating user-centered documentation and marketing content. His prior experience as a teacher and strength coach (2012–2019) lends him a unique approach to leadership and client relations, essential attributes in his current role.

A continuous learner, Bence holds a bachelor's degree in Business Informatics Engineering from Dennis Gabor University and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Scrum Product Owner. Fluent in English, proficient in German, and knowledgeable in Dutch, he navigates multilingual environments with ease. He also supports charitable initiatives, such as the Hungarian Bátor Tábor foundation, and contributes as a guest speaker on agile methodologies in the medical device industry. Bence’s dedication to quality, innovation, and impact makes him an invaluable asset to the MedTech field and beyond.
