Project Manager, Digital Health, Bayern Innovativ
Laura Stahl is project manager in the field of digital health in the innovation network health at Bayern Innovativ. She works on projects in the healthcare sector to promote digitalization. One example is the „TI (telematic) model region in Franconia“ where various digital concepts are rolled-out and implemented within a large network of healthcare providers. Another focus project is „Health Care BY Your Side“ which accompanies the model region with different communicational and scientific measures.
After completing her dual studies in business administration in 2020, she pursued her passion for the health economy and specialized in food and health sciences in her master's degree at the University of Bayreuth.
During this time, she joined Apollo Optik GmbH & Co. KG, a leading ophthalmic optics company, and developed a comprehensive strategy for their occupational health management. This work was accompanied scientifically and was part of her master's thesis with a special focus on organizational development, using qualitative research.
After graduating in 2022, she took up a position as an Account Executive at Doctolib GmbH, a leading company in the field of digital healthcare. There, she was responsible for acquiring and advising medical practices to support them in digitizing their processes. This role gave her deep insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
Coming from this background, her goal is to continue leveraging her expertise in the digital health space to enhance accessibility to digital tools in the healthcare sector and drive forward-thinking healthcare initiatives.
