Aspirations for healthcare innovation in rural Bavaria
Eldar loves the clean air and nature of Pfarrkirchen and the proximity of the Bavarian Forest and the Alps, even though he misses the high mountains of his hometown and his mum´s pancakes. But the food at the Mensa is delicious and helps him through his day at the ECRI. When the weather is nice, he enjoys eating outside in the
sunshine.
Eldar has lived in a busy city for 30 years. Being hit by a car in sleepy Pfarrkirchen was therefore a bit of a shock and the first car accident of his life. Another interesting experience was a job he took on a local farm during the semester break. He helped care for the animals and even made a website and a short film for the business. For a big city boy, this was a real cultural immersion.
Education is very important to Eldar and he loves that the professors at the ECRI are brilliant experts. He values innovative thinking and learning to think outside the box. After graduation, he plans to pursue another degree. He would like to work for a big company in the healthcare sector, but he would also be grateful for the opportunity to continue learning new things. Eldar is also considering a startup in the healthcare and robotics domain.
