The PhD Process

Promotionszentrum DigiTech

Here you will find information on the components of the structured doctoral program according to Section 10, paragraphs 2 and 3, of the PromO, as well as on the completion of the doctorate.

Annual Reports

As part of the structured doctoral programme it is necessary that regular meetings (at least once a year) are held between supervisors and doctoral candidates. In these meetings, a short list of the steps already undertaken shall be drawn up and, if necessary, the work schedule is adapted together. The information that the meeting or meetings have taken place must be reported to the DIT Graduate School by September of each year (see guidlines).

In the ZIP folder, you will find all the necessary documents for the interim report:

  • Template for the research outline in LaTex
Template for the research outline in Word (for reference only, the final submission must be a PDF exported from LaTex)
    Confirmation of the feedback meeting
